Chefs Alan, Paul and Keith are dedicated and skilled, having apprenticed at some very impressive places. Their skill shows throughout. Our service staff is attentive and efficient.

What’s it all about? A nice mix of locals and off island guests-- It’s the things that aren't there that are part of the appeal. No video games, gambling, ATM's, TV's. Hell, we don't even have walls! It's a great group of bartenders who know how to take care of people, serving great frozen drinks, smoothies and your favorite cocktail.
